Agreement
By booking services with Gati Packers and Movers, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms apply to all customers using our services.
Service Commitment
We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely relocation services. However, delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Packing & Handling
We ensure professional packing and handling of goods. However, fragile items should be declared in advance. Improper declaration may result in limited liability.
Insurance Policy
Insurance is optional but recommended. Claims for damages or loss will only be processed if insurance has been taken at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Customers must pay the agreed booking amount in advance. Remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, or valuables such as cash, jewelry, and important documents.
Liability Limitations
Gati Packers and Movers is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests must be made in advance. Refunds will be processed as per company policy after deducting applicable charges.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai courts only.
